You will receive an order confirmation e-mail after successful payment, and the order cannot be cancelled.

Even after your order is confirmed, the price of the product might change if the MRP of the product changes.

In such a case, www.mudrajewellers.in shall not be liable, and you will have to bear the difference in price.

You will be informed about the same via email, message, or call, whichever is convenient.

Delivery charges might vary on a case-to-case basis at the sole discretion of Mudra Jewellers management.

Home delivery will be completed within 3 to 7 working days.

Shipping and Return

We have 2 days return policy once your replacement is approved the product will be delivered within 3-7 days through our courier partner. If your address or PIN code is not serviceable by courier, we will try to ship the order via an alternative courier service. In case of additional courier charges, you will have to bear the difference in price. You will be informed about the same via email, message, or call, whichever is convenient.

We accept product replacement only in case of damage or if a wrong item or quantity is supplied, we don't provide refund. In such a case, a replacement request will be accepted if made within 2 days of delivery. We do not provide a reverse pick-up facility for any order; you need to send the product by courier with original packaging and invoice tag.
